Privacy Notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you send through the contact form on luxoritpro.com, why it is collected, and how you can have it removed. The site is operated by Luxor IT Services LLC, which does business as LuxorItPro.

Information collected
The form only asks for:
- your name and email address;
- your phone number and company name, if you choose to provide them;
- the service you select (optional);
- the content of your message.
The site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and no profiles of visitors are built. The only storage involved is what the hosting and database providers need to serve the page and accept the form.
How it is used
Your details are used to read, answer, and follow up on your inquiry. That is the whole purpose. Your information is not sold or rented, and sending a message does not add you to a marketing list.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in a Supabase database with row-level security enabled. A notification email containing the same details is sent through Resend to the LuxorItPro inbox so the inquiry can be answered promptly. Both providers process data on behalf of Luxor IT Services LLC and may store it in the United States.
Please do not send sensitive information such as passwords, payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or health records through the form. Email is not the right channel for that material.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the work discussed, and are deleted when they are no longer useful. You can ask for an inquiry to be deleted sooner at any time.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Requests are answered within a reasonable period, and a question or two may be asked to confirm the request is yours.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes will not be applied retroactively to information already received.
